French Vanilla Instant Breakfast

Yield: 8 fl oz. (28 g protein)

1 pouch (28 g) QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

8 fl oz skim milką

 Add milk and beverage mix to shaker or large glass. Shake or stir until well blended.

Mocha Instant Breakfast

Yield: 8 fl oz. (28 g protein)

1 pouch (28 g) QualityPro Mocha Instant Breakfast mix

8 fl oz skim milką

 Add milk and beverage mix to shaker or large glass. Shake or stir until well blended.

For a steaming hot drink, stir Mocha mix into milk in a microwave-safe cup (12-16 oz). Microwave on high for about 2 minutes.

 

Sunshine Smoothie

Yield: 8 fl oz. (26 g protein)

6 fl oz skim milk

2 fl oz orange juice concentrate

1 packet QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

Place all ingredients into smoothie blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Mocha Banana Smoothie

Yield: 8 fl oz (26 g protein)

6 fl oz skim milk

1 packet QualityPro Mocha Instant Breakfast Mix

1/2 ripe banana

 Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Tropical Smoothie

Yield: 8 fl. oz. (22 grams protein)

1/4 cup chilled pineapple or other tropical flavored juice (unsweetened)

1/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup cubed tropical fruit (papaya, mango and/or pineapple)

1/4 cup ice cubes

1 packet QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Blue-Nana Smoothie

1 cup skim milk

1 container fat-free blueberry yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or unsweetened frozen blueberries

1/2 banana

1 packet QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

*For variety: blend in other flavors of fat-free yogurt, such as orange, strawberry, etc.

 

Mocha-Raspberry Smoothie

1 cup skim milk

1/2 cup fat-free raspberry yogurt

1 packet QualityPro Mocha Instant Breakfast mix

Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Cran-Raspberry Smoothie

1/4 cran-raspberry juice drink, chilled

1 packet QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Peachy-Keen Smoothie

1 cup skim milk

3/4 cup fresh, no-sugar-added frozen or lite canned peaches

1 packet QualityPro French Vanilla Instant Breakfast mix

Place all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend until smooth

 

Hot Mochaccino

Yield: 8 fl oz. (28 g protein)

1 pouch (28 g) QualityPro Mocha Instant Breakfast mix

6 fl oz skim milk

Dash of cinnamon

1 cinnamon stick

 Stir Mocha mix and cinnamon into milk in a microwave-safe cup (12-16 oz). Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Add cinnamon stick and stir.
